Shipping :

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Once the order is processed , you will receive tracking via email. 

In the event you do not receive your tracking , please contact us via email.

In the event of a delay on our end , you will contacted via email.


What Shipping Options does Freemindx Art Offer

Domestic: We offer Standard Shipping,  and Rush Shipping.

International : Please email for details

How long will it take my order to process for shipment?

Please  allow 6-10 business days for shipping.

*Estimated number of days you will receive your order after placing it on the website.

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been dropped to the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 10 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 4 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

 

Prints:

 

18X24 in Prints come in a shipping tube.

8.5 x11 prints come in a shipping envelope.

 Stretched canvas prints take a bit longer, because they are made upon ordered.

If you order small and large prints together they will arrive in separate packages , with separate tracking

 

 

 

Delivery Claims :

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Freemindx Art does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

USPS TRACKING! 

At times usps doesn't scan the tracking and it will show that it is awaiting pickup or still in transit . Please allow for the time given to see if it arrives , in the event it doesn't get delivered please contact us

DELAYS:

In the event of a huge sale or holidays shipping delays are common.

Especially Thanksgiving and Christmas times because they are high volume times for the post office, as well as us here at Freemindx Art.

Return Policy

NO returns / No refunds / exchanges.

Once you receive tracking  we are  not responsible for lost or damaged products.

You may be eligible for a new product replacement , in the event your product is damaged or lost . Must give proof in order for replacement
